Making It Real Through the Power of Ritual
This class presents the Universal elements of ritual found in all traditions with emphasis on the practices of the African diaspora. It helps us flow with the changes occurring in Nature; to engage the Power of Spirit, and to manifest our best in the Human community.

We will laugh and cry as Yeye Teish shares stories of her experiences with learning to create personal and communal rituals. The class draws upon readings and exercises from Yeye Teish’s books:
Jambalaya; The Natural Woman’s Book of Personal Charms and Practical Rituals,
Carnival of the Spirit,
and On Holy Ground: Commitment and Devotion to Sacred Land.

Participants are advised on how to perform the rituals of protection, purification, and empowerment. This Master Class includes visualization, storytelling, song, and ritual instructions, as well as a remarkable opportunity to continue your Wisdom Journey.
